Each add-on is available from the tier shown, and all the module add-ons — Advanced LMS included — are included at Enterprise. Biometric machine integration is a one-time service, priced per machine.

Being upfront
Each plan carries a one-time setup fee, shown on its card — it covers guided onboarding, and Launch stays self-serve at ₹0. A few things sit outside that, such as extended data migration or additional parallel-payroll runs. We will always quote those for you in advance, so nothing on your invoice is ever a surprise.

Garuda HR is a product with a price — what you see here is what you pay: monthly, GST extra, plus the one-time setup fee shown on each plan card. Garuda ERP is an implementation with a scope, so it is sold by enquiry after we understand your business.
Yes. Cloud-hosted on Indian-resident infrastructure (Mumbai). Backups, redundancy, SSL, monitoring — all part of the plan. On-premise installation is available for Enterprise customers.
Monthly is the default — pay month to month, cancel at any month-end. Prefer predictability? Prepay the year and pay ten months' price for twelve — two months free. All in INR; GST extra.
Yes — upgrade any time, downgrade at renewal. Pro-rata applied on upgrades.
Just add them. Headcount above your plan's included limit is billed at your plan's per-employee monthly rate on the next month's invoice.
